Like a wild youth she can be quite fearless due to her childish ignorance, though it also can (and often will) lead to reckless decisions. Fun and adventure come before morals or responsibility; even if she ends up helping someone in a particular situation, she's very much a child in that she won't do things that do not align with her interests. Like most children, she is at an age where she believes the world is centered around her and should cater to her whims.

Though not exactly the scholarly type (book smarts are definately not her forte), she's clever enough (brat) to take care of herself whether it be on land or sea due to years of advice and apprenticeship under Orion and his crew. 

( You could say she's one tough cookie.  ) 

Due to being the only female in her crew, her interests and personality have been greatly influenced by male figures so it's no surprise that she lacks the usual mannerisms expected of a lady.

History:

The daughter of Davy Scones, a somewhat decent pirate (as decent as a pirate can get anyway) and his lover Biscotti, a waitress from Linhythe.  Due to conflicting interests, they decided to pursue their own interests first before settling down and starting a life together. However, that didn't stop the occasional letters or short visits and Biscotti eventually found herself pregnant. After nine months she gave birth to a healthy girl and with the support of her parents, raised her without aid from Davy who, while still sent letters, was too caught up with his own sea-faring adventures to visit.

Davy had planned one last voyage before marrying Biscotti and spending the rest of his life with his family but unfortunately met his end due to a surprise mutiny. Biscotti had waited a few months before leaving Cookie to search for him, unaware of his death. While Cookie was left in the care of her grandparents, they eventually passed on ( peacefully) and she was left on her own until a certain pirate arrived on her front door claiming to be a friend of her father's...

Current:

After the recent events in Linhythe, the crew's been spending a lot of time on sea with Orion's slowass drunken sailing (as they head toward Miras).

Likes:

• Cookies, pastries in general. Doesn't mind if they are stale as long as they're edible. (.....think Meeko from Pocahontas /hit )
• wealthy people (bonus points if they're good-looking)
• Men with facial hair (wat.)
• Her telescope! ( her first bday gift from Orion : DDDDDDDDD )

Dislikes:

• Boys her age... ( Cause they're icky and immature )
• Wet socks
• Chore-like activities...

Additional info:

• Keeps a pet onion [ which really, being perishable, is replaced every time she has access to a marketplace ] to annoy Orion. She likes leaving it on his pillow or in his face for a surprise when he wakes up. Since she draws the face and it's constantly being replaced, the face changes.
• Daily life seems to revolve around annoying Orion.
• Her favorite feature is her thick eyebrows!
• She wears shorts under her dress. She also stashes some small useful items in the lining incase of emergency such as a compass, matches, etc.
• Has above average combat ability for a kid, but it's nothing to really brag about.
• SELF-DECLARED FIRST MATE/SECOND-IN-COMMAND/ALL-AROUND AWESOMER THAN ORION PIRATE

Relationships: 

Orion Lyndoğmuş - Captain, boss, and sort of a father figure. Just sooooort of. Always stirring up trouble for him... but it's an affectionate sort of teasing. She definately takes advantage of their relationship to lessen her workload or get out of her chores. Refers to him as Cap'n or Old Man (or if she's mad at him "Smelly Onion").
